EcoForum 2010 presentation

Elmar Schaffeler has presented a paper at the EcoForum 2010 conference in Sydney. EcoForum brings Australian environment industry practitioners together with their clients and government representatives to update knowledge, solve environmental problems, act on potential business opportunities and inform and influence policy and regulatory processes.

The paper detailed:

  • The benefits of using post remediation site management plans in terms of costs, sustainability and community approval
  • The requirements for site management plans such as usability, simplicity, reliability and the need for parties responsibly for implementing the plans and taking ownership

The recently completed Brompton Redevelopment was used as a case study for the presentation.

A copy of the summary paper is available here.
